Established in 1999, COMPORT is the association responsible for promoting the Port of Algeciras Bay and its Port Community. Representing more than 165 companies, institutions, and business associations, it serves as a unified platform for the maritime, logistics, and port services sectors.

Working in close partnership with the Port of Algeciras Bay Authority, COMPORT enhances the international visibility of the port by promoting its infrastructure, services, and business opportunities at major trade fairs, conferences, and industry forums. Through its logistics and ship services committees, the association channels the commercial interests of its members and contributes to the design of joint promotional strategies that support the sustainable growth and competitiveness of the Port of Algeciras Bay, a key economic driver of the Campo de Gibraltar region.
