Sector 1: EL FRESNO
With 41 hectares, it is a key regional hub for transport and logistics, combining administrative and commercial functions. El Fresno is structured into two areas: the Regional Activities Center and the Regional Services Center.

With 125 hectares of high-quality logistics land, it constitutes a core, purpose-built hub designed to accommodate logistics and transport activities linked to the significant maritime containerized cargo flows and inland freight traffic generated by the intense port activity of Algeciras.
