Rudder Marine Services & Ship Repairs S.L. was founded in 2010 by professionals with extensive experience in the maritime industry. Operating across Spain and North Africa, we deliver integrated maritime solutions through three service lines:

STEEL AND PIPE WORK
All kinds of repairs of steel in the main, secondary and local structural members under IACS member certification. The manufacture and assembly of ship pipes. Special welds: stainless steel, aluminum, Cu-Ni-Fer, etc.

General inspection, repair and maintenance work of all types of ship decks (loading / supply cranes, windlasses, winches, hatch covers, etc.) and engine equipment (boilers, refrigerators, pumps, compressors, blowers, etc.).

Anchor and chain installation work (moored or anchored). Repair of damaged chain locker links, windlasses, covers, etc. Supply of mooring equipment and accessories.

Repair of air conditioning equipment and refrigeration rooms. Repair of leaks and breakdowns. Repair of engine ventilation systems. Accommodation work (carpentry, flooring, etc.).

Cleaning of all types of tanks and engine rooms, including confined spaces. Waste treatment. Painting work: change of name, port of registration and IMO Number.

Rudder’s medical personnel will provide your crew with comprehensive medical care. We conduct medical check-ups, deal with hospital admissions, organise visits to specialists and respond to all on-board emergencies; in brief, we take care of your sailors´ health.
