14. Leisure Sailing

El Saladillo Marina offers more than 900 berths for up to 15-metre leisure crafts spread across a basin that covers 35 hectares of water, that runs the berths under an administrative concession.

These facilities are supplemented by those located at Puerto Chico in La Línea de la Concepción, at the North-East of the Bay, where the sailing clubs operate 438 berths and Alcaidesa Marina has 642 berths for up to 50-metre-long leisure and recreational crafts, offering all the services for stopovers, supplies and repairs.

Additionally, APBA operates 118 berths for lengths between 5 and 11 metres at Tarifa port.

At the eastern side of the Bay, there is a project to construct facilities for mega yachts and medium sized cruise ships, under the name of La Linea City Port. More precisely, in a near future, there will be 2 docks available for cruises of up to 270 metres and 113 berths for yachts of up to 100 m LOA.
